出錯(cuò)原因：該服務(wù)器IP的發(fā)信頻率超過(guò)騰訊郵箱限制。

原因：郵箱不存在

用戶(hù)把我們發(fā)送郵件當(dāng)作垃圾郵件過(guò)濾掉了

客戶(hù)的郵件系統(tǒng)是Exchange，不知微軟的過(guò)濾規(guī)則為何擋了郵件，為了讓微軟把我們移出黑名單，只能給他們發(fā)郵件申訴了，delist@messaging.microsoft.com，申訴郵件內(nèi)容：

Please Help me out to solve the belowisuue. My Below IP Address are showing Blacklisted on below dns address IP Address:IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx . Please Help me and removemy ip from black list Thank you! xxxxx

十分鐘以后，會(huì)收到微軟回復(fù)的郵件：

Hello , Thank you for your delisting request SRX1251909371ID. Your ticket was received on (Jun 25 2014 07:59 AM UTC) and will be responded to within 24 hours. Our team will investigate the address that you have requested to be removed from our blocklist. If for any reason we are not able to remove your address, one of our technical support representatives will respond to you with additional information. Regards, Technical Support

出錯(cuò)原因：對(duì)方某一臺(tái)收件服務(wù)器當(dāng)時(shí)正處在繁忙之中或者我們的服務(wù)器和對(duì)方鏈接并不是很順暢。

解決方法：有可能是暫時(shí)的情況，用別的地址測(cè)試一下，看看是否被退信，或者過(guò)一段時(shí)間再發(fā)送一下。

出錯(cuò)原因：收件人地址不存在或者收件人地址寫(xiě)錯(cuò)

解決方法：核對(duì)地址后重新發(fā)送

出錯(cuò)原因：450MI:IPB發(fā)信IP被暫時(shí)禁止，請(qǐng)檢查是否有用戶(hù)發(fā)送病毒或者垃圾郵件。

解決方法：聯(lián)系您的企業(yè)郵箱運(yùn)營(yíng)商

錯(cuò)誤10

解決方法：用nslookup查詢(xún)對(duì)方郵箱服務(wù)器的ip地址，通過(guò) telnet 對(duì)方服務(wù)器的25端口等方式確認(rèn)是網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接不正常還是由于對(duì)方服務(wù)器的25端口沒(méi)有響應(yīng)。一般說(shuō)來(lái)，無(wú)論是網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障還是對(duì)方系統(tǒng)故障，都能被對(duì)方系統(tǒng)管理員很快被發(fā)現(xiàn)和恢復(fù)，所以可以選擇再次發(fā)送進(jìn)行嘗試。對(duì)于部分國(guó)外的郵件服務(wù)商，出現(xiàn)這種情況持續(xù)的時(shí)間會(huì)比較長(zhǎng)，如果嘗試超過(guò)1天都不能成功，建議先使用其他方式與收件人聯(lián)系。

錯(cuò)誤11

出錯(cuò)原因：1）內(nèi)容被拒絕，可能是收件人對(duì)所接收的郵件進(jìn)行了設(shè)置，內(nèi)容中含有特定詞匯等會(huì)被拒絕；2）收件人地址被拒絕。

解決方法：核實(shí)對(duì)方是否對(duì)內(nèi)容及賬戶(hù)進(jìn)行了設(shè)置之后重新發(fā)送。

錯(cuò)誤12

.Clienthostrejected: Access denied; from= to= proto=SMTP helo=

出錯(cuò)原因：客戶(hù)端主機(jī)被拒絕。

解決方法：看一下客戶(hù)端接收郵件服務(wù)器設(shè)置是否正確，“我的服務(wù)器需要身份驗(yàn)證”是否打鉤，測(cè)試一下發(fā)信25口是否已連接。

錯(cuò)誤13

出錯(cuò)原因：對(duì)方賬號(hào)被停用或者不可用。

解決方法：正常退信，換賬號(hào)發(fā)送

錯(cuò)誤14

出錯(cuò)原因：郵件過(guò)大，超出對(duì)方單封郵件接收范圍。

解決方法：對(duì)方換賬號(hào)，重新發(fā)送。
